We met during our first professional experience in Barcelona, ​​and since then, our friendship has grown deeply, based on mutual support and personal growth. Years of conversations sharing dreams led us to this exciting project called Ellevate. Where we merge our experiences and knowledge to empower women around the world. Ana began her career as a social worker and therapist expert in gender and female sexuality, working with women in different environments and countries through group coaching and individual therapy.

His concerns, accompanied by great ambition and ability to adapt, have led him to work in various sectors such as Marketing, Communication or Human Resources. And her passion for nature and feminism, along with personal experiences, pushed her to investigate the importance of well-being, taking control of our health, with special importance in gynecological and endocrine dysfunctions (such as endometriosis) that affect a high percentage of women today.

Entrepreneur of several projects and currently CEO of an aromacosmetics brand, based on principles such as sustainability, real beauty and holistic skin care. Also organizing experiences for women and entrepreneurs in different national points based on self-knowledge and self-care.

Pierina Gallo

Pierina is a psychologist specialized in clinical and organizational psychology, with an outstanding career in the field of human resources.
Her career has evolved from generalist and recruitment roles to her current position as an HRBP at a German multinational.
With an international profile, she has lived in various countries, which has strengthened her passion for traveling, learning about different cultures and languages, and establishing connections, especially with women.
In addition to her experience in Human Resources, Pierina is a professional makeup artist. Her fascination with makeup goes beyond the surface as she appreciates the positive impact it can have on women's self-confidence and empowerment.
Pierina's constant curiosity drives her to continually learn and seek new ways to create change and impact on the people around her.
